You have probably seen us post about TEDxNorwichED on our various social media channels a few times this week.
Well, it’s been for a very good reason…
The selected speakers offered a broad approach to what education will (hopefully) look like in the future, building on ways we can improve the educational system currently in place.
Does this not remind you of Tagtiv8’s ethos? It’s one of the many reasons why we love this event so much. The values that are communicated through TEDxNorwichED are ones in which we wholeheartedly believe.
With 450 audience members and 27,000 watching online, some – like us – consider TEDxNorwichED to be a pretty huge event. Standing on the stage alongside Andy Daly-Smith, we realised it was even bigger in real life!
Andy and Bryn spoke about Active Learning and its benefits. The pair illustrated their points with some of the research conducted by Leeds Beckett University.
As the event only took place yesterday, we wanted to wait to pinpoint our absolute favourite parts of this event. Believe us, there were many! In the meantime, we wanted to jump up and down and tell you that we thoroughly enjoyed the event and met lots of awesome people with equally awesome ideas.
We would like to thank the organisers of TEDx for inviting us and supporting us with advice, encouragement and much-needed patience.
If you feel like you have missed out, don’t fret. All of the content from yesterday is stored online. Simply visit http://www.tedxnorwiched.com/ to find out more
Watch out for our full list of highlights from the event in an upcoming blog. If you watched the event live, we would love to hear from you to find out your thoughts.
